These documents incorporate precise dimensions, connection details, annotations, and materials. They are reviewed by engineers, approved by consultants, and revised according to site conditions. We use AutoCAD, Tekla, and Revit for efficient drawing production and clash detection.

Alongside drawing production, we prepare full tender packages for private and public bids. This includes detailed technical specifications, quantity take-offs, supplier requirements, evaluation criteria, and bid forms. We also support clients in contractor selection, contract negotiations, and vendor shortlisting—ensuring competitive pricing and reliable delivery.
